Purpose:

As a Sr. Marketing Analyst, you will own the execution of marketing campaigns and be responsible for the Profit and Loss accountability.

  • Maintaining day-to-day execution and analytics of direct marketing programs and campaigns
  • Upholding quality marketing programs and project schedules
  • Managing campaign execution and profit and loss accountability
  • Directing all aspects of program set-up and maintenance, database analysis, forecasting and post-analysis
  • Calculating and understanding the basic formulas, reports, and forecast tools used in the marketing process
  • Defining and communicating business direction

  • Job Requirements


    Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years experience in direct marketing or customer relations management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Desired Requirements:
  • Prior work experience with loyalty, direct, e-mail, or other one-to-one marketing
