U.S. BANK - Marketing Generalist

As a Marketing Generalist with U.S. Bank, you will:
  • responsible for communications efforts for an innovative, web-based business that focuses on financial and payment services.
  • Be responsible for coordinating and executing large communications efforts to both current customers as well as to a variety of industries served by the PowerTrack product
  • Provide direction and management of website content
  • Create product literature and sales materials
  • Handle public relations activities
  • Proposal writing and packaging
  • Be responsible for the identification and validation of new target markets for upcoming product offerings
  • Craft value statements for new and enhanced service offerings;
  • Update and maintain marketing lists
  • Have responsibility for all product descriptions and positioning as well as supporting documentation
  • Manage large projects, while coordinating multiple efforts are also a large part of this position’s responsibilities.
  • We require:
  • Well-rounded communications skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to easily adapt the same message for a variety of audiences – both internal and external.
  • Experience in web content management is a plus
  • A 4-year degree, preferably in marketing or related business field with an additional 5-7 years of solid work history in marketing or communications
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills combined with top-notch project management skills and the desire to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team.
  • Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of data base, html and graphics packages.
