If you are eager to join an energized, relationship-based organization that is committed to providing superior service, then share your passion and experience with TopLine Federal Credit Union. We are one of the state’s largest credit unions, serving members throughout the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative, we offer a full line of products and services that help our members earn more on what they save and spend less on what they borrow.
In this dynamic role, you will work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to steward a passionate and motivating internal culture that supports our member service philosophy. This will be accomplished by developing internal communications, training, and development initiatives that focus on branding and its impact on the organization’s reputation and member loyalty. In support of the TopLine brand, you will also work to create top-of-mind brand awareness for the credit union in the communities we serve. This will include identifying and implementing partnerships and sponsorships with local media, businesses, and organizations.
To be successful in this highly visible position, our ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal skills and be able to develop positive, trusting relationships with both internal and external constituents. You will build credibility by consistently demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity. You must possess a four-year degree in communications, journalism, or public relations and have superior communication skills. Theoretical and practical knowledge of the financial services industry is highly preferred, as is PR agency experience and a solid understanding of both internal and external branding strategies. Working relationships with local media is desirable.
If you are ready to help TopLine make a difference in our communities and members’ lives, send your resume and writing samples to:
