Position is responsible for defining vision for campaign execution, assigning focus and enabling the team to deliver. Leads a team of 8+, including 3 direct reports. Team is expected to grow significantly over the next 12 – 18 months due to complexity and volume of work with a strong focus on building the team in Bangalore.

  • Developing and executing strategies to ensure accurate campaign management for all direct to guest campaigns

  • Executing of guest contact strategies.

  • Leading a team with vision, instilling the disciplines and developing the tools to deliver, and communicating these to the team and organization

  • Accountability for accurate and timely execution of all direct campaigns.

  • Ensuring Target’s privacy policy is supported.

  • Ensuring guest contact strategy is communicated and executed.

  • Owning the campaign process and recommending and institutionalizing changes to improving accuracy, efficiency and leading times while supporting testing and reporting requirements.

  • Working with business partners to create a guest contact strategy that meets legal, business, and guest expectations.

  • Responsible for institutionalizing process and controls to ensure adherence to approved contact strategy.

  • Recommending system and software upgrades to insuring system effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Managing direct reports in such a way as to maximize their productivity, morale, and sense of accountability to achieving results and personal development. Creating a healthy team atmosphere.

  • Managing 3rd party vendor relationships

  • Participating in special projects and task forces as requested.
  • Job Requirements:

    Minimum Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree with focus in business, marketing, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 4-5 years business experience

  • Strong analytical technical and strategic skills.

  • Good business judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a cross-cultural team.

  • Self-starter and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Desired Requirements:
  • MBA

  • 4 years experience with direct marketing or CRM.

  • Inside knowledge of retail, operations, etc.
