Ecumen - Strategic Communications Manager

About the Role:  

Ecumen’s Strategic Communications Manager will be based at Ecumen’s home office in Shoreview, Minn.  The position will report to Ecumen’s Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs.

The Strategic Communications Manager will spearhead and support a variety of internal and external Ecumen communications, branding, and public affairs and advocacy strategies. This person will also be responsible for content development for social media, internal and external communications, presentations, speeches, and brand and advocacy communications. This position will manage and expand Ecumen’s grassroots
advocacy network.

The right person for this position will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five (5) years related communications experience with a focus on strategic communications. Our new team member will have proven project management skill and the ability to create and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. The right person will be a self-starter, flexible, collaborative and have excellent written and verbal
communications skills and attention to detail. This person must maintain the utmost integrity in all situations and have a strong desire to help innovatively shape the future.
