Employers Association - Director of Marketing

So you think you are ready to design and execute an organizational marketing strategy? If you possess vision, ambition and a proven tool kit, a challenge awaits you.

Employers Association (EA), a not-for-profit, member driven HR Consulting and Training organization, seeks a ten year experienced Marketing professional to build and facilitate a company wide marketing strategy focused on revenue growth, organic growth, acquisition and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Ten Years direct and relevant marketing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in B to B marketing preferably in a variety of industries.
  • Current and active member of related professional organizations such as AMA, PRSA, and ADFAD.
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating social media into marketing campaigns.
  • Organizational leadership that includes driving internal and external marketing communications, leading cross functional teams, managing direct reports and actively engaged at senior management level.
  • A revenue generator capable of revenue delivery and leading revenue teams.
