The ideal candidate is public relations professional with social media expertise in a variety of social media applications including blogs, micro blogs, social networks, photo- and video-sharing and other social platforms. The candidate should be on the cutting edge of the latest social technologies and applications, including measurement and reporting.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Research into emerging social technologies, applications and trends
- Social media monitoring and analysis
- Relationship building with bloggers and other social media contacts
- Community management
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 + years of public relations and social media experience in an agency environment
- Experience with the application of social media in a business or brand setting
- Creative thinking and excellent writing skills
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with both clients and team members
