Metropolitan Airports Commission/MSP International Airport - Marketing Generalist

Put your marketing skills to work in a fast-paced airport environment. The Metropolitan Airports Commission, owner and operator of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) in St. Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a Marketing Generalist to promote the airport’s more than 100 food, retail and service venues, $65 million a year parking enterprise, and seven-airport system. MSP Airport is the 12th busiest airport in North America and has won numerous awards for its concessions program.

The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for developing and coordinating airport marketing strategies and programs.  The chosen candidate will work with graphic designers and photographers to: develop and produce promotional materials, advertisements and publications; manage and update the airport’s concessions website, as well as portions of the airport’s mobile application and merchant directories, including content creation; coordinate MAC’s efforts associated with concession openings and airport-sponsored events; facilitate tenant involvement in MAC’s marketing efforts; measure results of marketing efforts and conduct cost-benefit analyses; and perform other marketing and public affairs duties as assigned.
