Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supports Global Marketing Communications Manager on marketing initiatives across all brands, including Imation, Memorex and TDK Life on Record.
  • Works with Global Brand Team and outside agency partners to coordinate, execute and deliver marketing programs and promotions.
  • Assists Brand and Marketing Communications Teams in creating sales and marketing tools for the brand and the brand’s products.
  • Provides additional brand communications support to the Brand Team through the management, development and delivery of marketing collateral, sales presentations, brochures, conference graphics, and more.
  • Serves as the primary manager of the central database management system (The Hub) to ensure that all marketing launch materials and any relevant collateral, images and documents are properly uploaded into the system. Maintains and manages The Hub to ensure that all documents are up-to-date and current.
  • Manages and provides direct support for all global tradeshows, including registration, securing booth space, submission of order forms, confirmation of sponsorships / speaking engagements, and any other logistical requirement in order to ensure successful event participation.
  • Monitors and maintains brand-relevant Facebook fan page to track and ensure that all communications are accurate and on brand.
  • Tracks campaigns, prepares post-campaign performance analysis reports and makes recommendations to concurrent programs for future campaign modifications.
  • Maintains open lines of communication and possesses strong cross-functional skills in order to work cohesively with all relevant internal departments, including graphics team, product marketing, program managers, copywriters, and legal to successfully bring a deliverable to completion.
  • Maintains and updates content on all marketing collateral including, but not limited to, sell sheets, presentations, and documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and handle self-driven projects efficiently.
  • Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
  • Strong team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
