Popular Front - Administrative support

OVERVIEW

POSITION SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

To represent Popular Front as the initial contact for all incoming telephone calls and visiting guests and clients, and to assist in daily administrative tasks; and to oversee general office functionality.

Major Job Responsibilities
-Answering phones, greeting clients/visitors
-Planning client and staff luncheons
-Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and/or clients visiting the agency
-Maintaining and updating the employee intranet
-General assistance to President, Controller, HR Manager, Marketing Manager
-Maintaining general tidiness of office
-Coordinating deliveries/mailings
-Assist with some accounting functions
-All other duties as assigned or needed

Required Skills
-Familiarity with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft Office Suite, iWork, etc)
-Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Positive and personable

Experience/Background
-1-3 years administrative experience, including some accounting experience, preferred
-Diploma/Degree, preferred
