You
should be recognized for your exceptional capabilities of building
strong relationships with both clients and team members. You
must be highly creative with a passion for igniting business momentum
and inspiring your team members to achieve the same high standards.
You'll
be responsible for growing the agency, developing and training staff
and achieving financial plan projections. The principal manages
overall account activities and ensures the highest possible level of
client service. You'll work closely with the other members of
assigned account team(s) to ensure that client relationships are
being managed and account plans are being executed to meet Carmichael
Lynch Spong standards.
The
goals of the principal are to provide inspiring leadership to account
teams and the larger agency, superior strategic client counsel, drive
growth of the agency and provide vision for its continued success.
A
bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism or a
closely-related field is required. A MINIMUM of 12 years of
public relations or relevant work experience in one of the following
areas: prior agency, communications or media. Strong
delegation skills (without giving up responsibility, control or
authority), can give direction and command the attention of a room,
the ability to manage a team well, strong team building, motivation,
coaching skills and mentor and develop day-to-day client relationship
