Carmichael Lynch Spong is seeking strong, motivated new talent in the form of 2 Senior Counselors. One in our Minneapolis office and the other in either our Minneapolis or New York offices. If you've done the job, you'll know that you'll be responsible for managing client teams and overseeing the development of account plans. You'll work closely with the other members of assigned account team(s) including the counselor, senior associate and associate and senior team members to ensure client relationships are being managed and account plans are executed to meet CLS standards.
The
bottom line goal is to be the day-to-day leader of assigned account
teams and have a working knowledge of all aspects of the client and
agency business. You should strive and work towards (with our
support) of being the strategic leader of the account teams.
You
will need a four-year degree and A MINIMUM of 8 to 11 years of public
relations or very relevant work experience. Prior agency,
communications, media or public relations experience or equivalent
professional combination is needed.
