Position Purpose:
Assist the micronutrients marketing team with the development,
implementation and measurement of marketing activities. Evaluate
current marketing programs through data analysis and surveys of program
users. Intern should finish the internship with a strong understanding
of the four P's of marketing and an ability to evaluate the success of
marketing tactics.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or other related fields.
Required Competencies & Other Skills: Ability
to work independently. Critical thinking skills. Ability to use Excel
and manipulate data. Basic understanding of marketing principles.
Team player and willing to work with others. Good listening skills.
Preferred Experience & Education: Experience in agriculture of a science related field would be a plus, but not required.

Intern Program Overview: During
your 12 weeks at Land O'Lakes, Inc., you will be assigned to a project
partnering with your manager and team members to make meaningful
contributions to Land O'Lakes, Inc. During the summer, you will also
have the opportunity to network with other Land O'Lakes, Inc. interns
and utilize your school experience to drive your project to a higher
level.
