LifeTime Fitness - Events Coordinator


Position Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications functions.

Examples of Work Performed
- Coordinating Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
- Providing scheduling support for events activities
- Supporting events results and measurement documentation, and reporting activities
- Supporting internal event communications functions, including intranet site management and engagement programs
- Providing project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Providing research support for event activities in Life Time Fitness markets
- Implementing event elements and managing them to established budgets and timelines
- Staffing events and traveling as required
- Review and respond to incoming community sponsorship requests and taking appropriate action to further consider requests with internal stakeholders as needed
- Completing other tasks as necessary


Minimum Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2 years experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Creative and innovative, with business savvy
- Highly detail-oriented
- Team-oriented, collaborative and resilient
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions, implement sound decisions and provide results measurement
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
