Job Description An experienced content strategist and writer, this person will manage a team of writers who work collaboratively with brand strategists and designers to bring brand stories to life and execute content marketing strategies within multi-channel environments.
This position requires the ability to write and edit in both long and short formats, plus a proficiency in digital content strategy, writing and search engine optimization.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our clients' brand standards and key messages in order to accurately communicate each brand’s unique promise and voice, and evaluate the work of the written content team
  • Collaborate with account strategists to develop cross-channel content marketing strategies for B2B clients
  • Interact with clients on a regular basis to ensure agency and client alignment on expectations
  • Lead execution of content marketing and editorial plans
  • Manage day-to-day workload and ongoing professional development of the written content team
    • Present creative concepts with a focus on strategy and rationale
    • Assist with development of new business proposals and new business pitches
  • Understand and help build project parameters, including client goals and requirements, internal goals, and budgets and timelines
  • Estimate and accurately execute against project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with management peers to drive continuous process improvements, discover efficiencies and make recommendations to improve standards
  • Represent LaBreche at local and national creative professional industry groups
  • Minimum four years related copywriting, content strategy experience.
  • Minimum two years staff management/creative direction experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with B2B clients preferable but not required.
