Affiliated Community Medical Centers - Digital Media Specialist Position

Affiliated Community Medical Centers (ACMC) is hiring a full-time Digital Media Specialist who will be responsible for strategy, implementation and detailed analysis of online social media, email marketing and website development. ACMC is an 11-clinic multi-specialty healthcare network in Southwest and West Central Minnesota. ACMC has over 170 healthcare providers and more than 35 specialties. The heart of ACMC is providing compassionate, quality care for our patients.

The Digital Media Specialist reports to the Marketing Director. Principle job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Develop, implement and maintain online strategy
- Analyze social media accounts and make recommendations.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at ACMC.
- Strategize with and educate key people within ACMC on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of our service lines.
- Write creative and professional copy.
- Lead internal social media education.
- Work with Marketing Director and Website Designer to develop and implement procedures for ongoing web site revisions and updates.
- Identify operational effectiveness improvements for website. (Monitor and manage website optimization.).
- Collaborate with management or users to develop e-strategies and to integrate these strategies with website, social media and traditional media.
- Represent ACMC in the community as a liaison and leader through community organizations, events, etc. 
- Assist with marketing and site manager duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:
- Post secondary degree with 1+ years experience in a hand on role developing and implementing social media campaigns.
- Strong professional and creative writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience with social and traditional media tools, techniques and measurements.
- Photography and video skills helpful.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multi-dimensional points of view, self-motivated, self-directed and highly organized.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the organization and in the community.
