Padilla is looking for a strategic account leader with broad range and experience: at least 12 years in business-to-business and consumer account management in a full-service agency. But that’s just the beginning.

We’ll rely on you to come up with smart, well-considered strategies and implementation plans—well-crafted ideas that will power clients’ success and inspire their confidence. One day you will be developing brand strategy and the next you will be advising how to create better engagements with a multi-tiered sales channel. From the start you will be leading communications for a well-known boat manufacturer with additional client engagements soon to follow.

You’ll be skilled at working across all communications disciplines, so you’ll effectively tap Padilla’s capabilities in advertising, public relations, social media, research, direct marketing and creative services.

You’ll be adept at critical and strategic thinking and prepared to lead the charge for integrated communications campaigns, creating rich customer experiences and meaningful interactions including leveraging database and co-op marketing solutions.

Together with account managers and practice leaders, you will be responsible for:               
  • Skillful account management while maintaining excellent client relationships and high satisfaction levels;
  • Communication planning and execution;
  • Managing budgets, projects and teams to meet business goals;
  • Contributing to the firm’s collaborative, cross-functional work environment;
  • Helping set the vision for a new integrated approach;
  • Capturing and developing new business; and
  • Inspiring, mentoring and maintaining high-performance account teams including junior staff.
