Padilla Speer
Beardsley is looking for a full-time public relations intern to work on a wide
variety of projects within our investor and corporate relations practice.
We are looking for
recent graduates who can start after Labor Day. This is a paid, six-month
internship.
Responsibilities may
include:

Writing
news releases and other communications.
·
Providing
research for new business proposals.
·
Pitching
stories to reporters.
·
Coordinating
vendors.
·
Proofing
financial documents.
·
Working
with industry organizations.
·
Supporting
employee communications needs.
·
Providing
overall client support.
·
Developing
marketing materials to promote the practice.
Candidates must have
excellent writing skills and a business/financial orientation, as well as one
or two previous internships or volunteer experiences in public relations,
finance, journalism or marketing communications.
