Cargill Kitchen Solutions, formerly Sunny Fresh Foods, is a leading marketer of high value, further-processed egg products in the United States. With processing plants in Minnesota, Iowa and Michigan, our customers include premier quick-service restaurant chains as well as food manufacturers.

This position will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to support the marketing function with the execution and deployment of campaigns including digital communication, sales tools development, and graphic creation to support segment and business strategies.

Principal Accountabilities:
55% - Website & Digital Marketing- Support content updates, continued enhancement, and maximization of both extranet and intranet websites.
- Coordination, including content development of key customer e-communications, and maintenance of the Sunny Fresh Email Database.
- Support to ensure successful implementation of the social media initiative, and execute according to the approved process and plan.

20% - Sales Tools- Coordination of collateral development and follow-up to meet delivery deadlines
- Responsible for accurate on-line fulfillment activities by the sales team.
- Support tradeshow requests, event coordination including meeting and special events.
- Maintain proper inventory and reorder of point of sales material. 
10% - Marketing Administration
- Ensure proper administration of SRM function by adhering to process, and keeping an accurate record of PO raised against budget. 
- Track campaigns and preparation of reports on performance as required.
10% - Design Graphic and Assets- Proper filing of marketing assets, which includes design files, images, and inventory management of marketing collaterals.
- Manage minor revision of creative designs and files related to Indesign and Adobe Acrobat. 
5% - General-    Track projects and maintain timelines for successful completion of tasks.
-    Proof-read marketing and website material as needed to ensure accurate
     and timely execution.
-    Adhere to proper approval protocol of marketing work.

Qualifications


Required:

• Associate Degree
• 1+ years of experience working experience in marketing, graphic design or communications
• Proficient skill level with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Hands-on knowledge of Indesign and/or Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• The ability to be a team player


Preferred:
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Graphic Design or Business Administration              
• 2+ years of working experience (at least 1 year in Marketing Communications or  Digital Marketing role)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Energetic, multi-tasker and able to thrive in a team environment
• Strong computer and graphic design skills
