The marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring internal and external communication and marketing activities that increase the quality perception of TRIA Orthopaedic Center with key audience segments.
The position will be required to develop a deep understanding of TRIA’s communication, marketing and operational needs in preparation for marketing efforts and work in a cross-functional team environment that plans, develops and implements marketing programs that fulfill customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum experience of three to five years post-college work in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or other related field.
Knowledge and experience with corporate communications, print publications and print materials, and experienced in online publishing and social media site management.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Must be able to write clearly and convincingly.
Must have a good grasp of graphic design components and print and production processes.
Sensitive to special communications needs; able to handle/refer patient and public concerns appropriately and confidentially.
Well-organized. Able to handle a variety of printing and other coordination.
Thorough knowledge of general office procedures. Able to juggle multiple, complex projects under deadline pressure. Knowledge of health care industry preferred
