Sleep Number - Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for ensuring the digital media buy is executed flawlessly with a detailed focus on media buy execution, creative process, month-end reconciliation, and tracking and reporting. The Digital Media Specialist will play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of all Select Comfort digital media programs.

Work with Associate Media Director of digital media to understand the goals and objectives of all digital media types (Display, Online Video and SEM).

Project manage digital creative process:
Build master creative calendar and manage the creative process for each media guaranteeing the correct creative is produced and delivered in a timely manner.
With guidance from manager, develop creative briefs that will ultimately give internal creative team direction.
Attend event kick-off meetings to understand what ad units are needed.
Work with coordinator to update digital creative matrices guaranteeing the right creative is running at all times.
Schedule kick-off calls with new vendors to understand the assets needed for launch.
Create paid search messaging template for each new campaign or promotion period.
Coordinate performance tracking process for each digital medium:
Work with Media Coordinator to ensure all media buys are loaded into media buy software for proper tracking and reporting.
Ensure the digital trafficking process is seamless working with internal and external creative agencies.
Manage the digital performance tracking process including but not limited to:
Working with Digital Marketing team to place tracking pixels on and
Verifying that all tracking URLs are accurate
Working with media agency to ensure the right performance metrics are being accounted for in reporting
Partnering with accounting and finance partners, manage the month-end process to accurately reconcile media spend.
Maintain budgets in budget reporting tools.
Be the primary contact for our Yelp partnership.
Assist with performance reporting utilizing various internal and external tools. Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience required. Experience in digital media and other media types preferred 

Computer literate: Experience with MS Office programs with advanced working knowledge of Excel. Comfort and experience with proprietary / custom software programs.
Strong attention to detail is required.
Innovative and creative thinker.
Experience with accounting terminology and practices a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and balance multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing required.
