Client Support
  • Develop and maintain media lists
  • Website change process coordination/approval coordination
  • Maintenance changes (text only) to CMS-based sites we administer
  • Identify and research online forums/blogs, newsletters/associations
  • Help with editing and proofing releases in AP style
  • Provide client service support to client leads
  • Conduct fact finding and provide fact checking
  • Create social media content
  • Participate in media events as needed (compile kits/write alerts and releases, coordinate dissemination/on-site support, etc.)
Agency Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals
  • Participate in brainstorms
  • Schedule meetings/conference calls
  • Content proofing
  • Filing
  • Office organization/clean-up
  • Liaison to building management and NCG business manager

Event Management Support
  • Coordinate production of event materials
  • List management
  • Vendor coordination
  • Management of event planning schedule
  • Front desk/Reception/Answering phones
  • Preparing for meetings/Client hospitality and meeting logistics
  • Clean up after meetings
  • Coordinate Minneapolis-office intern responsibilities
