Gray Plant Mooty, a prominent national law firm, is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager.
The manager will work closely with the CBDO to create a compelling brand for the Firm through a wide array of marketing channels, including but not limited to: online media including social media, media outlets, internal communications, visual identity and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, media relations and editing skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to create messages and experiences intended for a sophisticated business and legal audience. This person should demonstrate high-energy, is a self-starter, is organized and accountable. He/She must be able to manage timelines, budgets, expectations and communications of projects with internal stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable in a time-sensitive work environment, and possess an eye for brand standards and marketing design.
Qualifications include strong management and interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel; strong client-service orientation and focus; excellent communications skills; creative problem solving skills; and proven success developing, implementing and managing an external communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and directed and will have 10+ years of marketing experience, including two year of staff management experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; MBA a plus.
