The Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota invites applications for a part-time instructional position in strategic communication/advertising for spring semester 2018.
The Hubbard School is especially interested in reviewing applications from individuals with teaching experience in public relations writing and digital strategy, and/or from practicing professionals in these fields who can teach undergraduate courses in the following areas: digital marketing communication, campaigns, digital strategy, cases in strategic communication, or public relations writing.
This is a part-time instructional position teaching one course for spring semester 2018 (01/11/2018 to 05/27/2018). Appointment will be made at the rank of teaching specialist or lecturer, consistent with University policy and depending on qualifications. This position may be renewed, subject to satisfactory performance, curricular need, and availability of funding.
