Caribou Coffee and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group - Social Media Recruitment Specialist

The role of the Social Media Recruitment Specialist is to contribute to development and implementation of a comprehensive sourcing strategy for our field roles across all of the brands under the Caribou/ENRGI umbrella, to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates for the Recruiters to consider for open roles.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Contribute to development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies, in conjunction with Senior Director of Talent and TA Manager, Field, for markets across the US, focusing on hard to fill or low application rate markets.
  • Gain a full understanding of the business and labor markets we operate in. Implement a cadence of spending time in the field, and continuously learning while getting feedback on our sourcing and recruitment process. Come up with and implement innovative ideas to close sourcing gaps.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive company-wide Social Media Strategy.
  • Develop sourcing & recruitment tools for leaders to use in their local markets, i.e. Market Guides that will include details on local universities, high schools, trade schools, city employment offices and other community resources.
  • Research, propose, and contribute to building suitable and beneficial community partnerships to enhance our candidate pipeline.
  • Contribute to bringing our EVP to life through our media presence and other sourcing tools.
  • Research and provide information to applicable stakeholders on relevant job fairs and other community events. Own and continuously review and implement enhancements to our Job Fair Best Practices guidelines and Toolkit.
  • Provide regular analytics on applicant flow for field roles across the country.
  • Utilize applicable job boards to source field level candidates as needed.
  • Contribute to successful development and implementation of our new Talent Acquisition technology platform.
  • Manage relevant recruiting inboxes.
  • Other ad hoc tasks and reporting as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Able to dream big, always seeking new and better ways to find great Team Members and enhance the candidate journey.
  • Able to contribute to sourcing strategy development and implementation, provide relevant reporting and make continuous improvements the process amongst multiple growing concepts.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in social media and on-line networking.
  • Ability to organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Able to take direction and follow through on multi-step project/procedures consistently.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Recruitment and Data Analytics preferred.
  • High volume retail environment recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within an Affirmative Action environment preferred.
  • Experience with an ATS preferred.
  • Proven track record of sourcing the highest quality candidates.
Travel Requirements:
  • 15-20% travel required.
